Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, May 2026 — Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited has welcomed Mr. Mitull M Dave as President – Strategic Group, strengthening the leadership team of one of India’s fastest-growing global pharmaceutical companies. His appointment marks a major strategic move as Senores continues expanding its international manufacturing, research, and specialty pharmaceutical footprint.
Mitull Dave brings nearly three decades of extensive leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, finance, business strategy, supply chain, API operations, and international formulations. In his new role, he is expected to drive strategic business growth, operational transformation, global expansion, and innovation-led business development for Senores Pharmaceuticals.
Before joining Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited, Dave spent over 15 years at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer – CSBU, overseeing the company’s API business, full P&L operations, and strategic business development, including CDMO and CMO opportunities. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, profitability, and long-term growth.
Earlier at Cadila, he held several senior leadership positions including Executive Vice President Finance – Chemical Business, where he supported business transformation through cost optimization, greenfield and brownfield investments, R&D pipeline management, and capacity expansion strategies. He also served as Vice President – International Formulation, where he managed finance and commercial operations for a global formulation business with a presence in over 85 countries.
Prior to these roles, Dave served as Senior General Manager – Financial Head at Apollo Hospitals, supporting strategic finance and JV operations, while his earlier career included multiple finance and business leadership positions at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Mafatlal Industries Limited, and G.K. Choksi & Co.
His broad experience spans business finance, operational excellence, strategic planning, API business, international formulations, contract manufacturing, supply chain, and financial governance, positioning him strongly to contribute to Senores Pharmaceuticals’ continued global growth and innovation journey.
