Winter Park, Florida, United States, May 2026 — Jennifer Addleman has been appointed Assistant Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Rollins College, effective June 1, marking a significant leadership milestone in her long-standing career with the institution.
Addleman has been associated with Rollins College for more than 14 years and most recently served as Interim Assistant Vice President, Human Resources/CHRO, where she provided strategic leadership for mission-focused human resources programs and services. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition and retention, classification and compensation, employee relations, performance management, engagement, HR information systems, payroll, benefits, retirement services, employee wellbeing, professional development, and HR services.
Before this, Addleman served as Director, Human Resources at Rollins College, where she led HR technology, policy implementation, compliance, talent strategy, and benefits administration. She also held earlier leadership roles as Director, Benefits and Wellbeing and Assistant Director HR, Benefits & Wellness, supporting employee benefits, wellness programming, open enrollment, compliance, and employee communications.
Prior to Rollins College, Addleman worked with Orange County Government as Senior Benefits Analyst, where she managed benefits operations, vendor relationships, open enrollment, HR process improvements, and employee support initiatives. Earlier, she spent seven years at Hewitt Associates LLC, managing HR service delivery, benefits center operations, client implementation, employee relations, HRIS coordination, and team performance.
Her early professional experience also includes an internship at The White House, where she supported confidential database work, communications, event coordination, and administrative functions. With more than two decades of experience across higher education, public sector HR, benefits administration, HR operations, and employee services, Addleman brings deep institutional knowledge and people leadership expertise to her expanded role at Rollins College.
