Freiensteinau, Hesse, Germany, May 2026 — Jecture GmbH has appointed Alexandra Scheer as its new Head of Group Human Resources, strengthening the company’s people leadership as it continues advancing innovation, operational excellence, and organizational growth across the MedTech and Pharma sectors.
Scheer joins the leadership team with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, learning and development, performance management, and change leadership across technology-driven and industrial organizations.
Prior to joining Jecture GmbH, she spent more than eight years with Proemion, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles including Team Lead HR, HR Generalist (Deputy HR Department Head), HR Clerk, and Working Student HR.
As Team Lead HR at Proemion, Scheer led the HR team and administration function while driving company-wide initiatives across performance management, leadership development, organizational development, employee engagement, learning and development, recruiting, and change management. She also played a key role in implementing the performance management platform Leapsome, managing acquisition-related HR integration projects, and supporting the company’s digital headquarters transformation initiatives.
Earlier at Proemion, she contributed to HR operations spanning onboarding and offboarding, payroll preparation, attendance and absence management, employee surveys, health management, international event coordination, and recruiting. She also helped organizations navigate workforce and operational challenges during the COVID-19 period.
Before Proemion, Scheer completed an internship in Personnel and Leadership Development at e.dis, where she focused on leadership development programs, personnel development initiatives, and organizational event management.
With strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, HR process transformation, employee development, performance management, leadership capability building, and HR digitalization, Scheer brings a modern and people-centric leadership approach to Jecture GmbH.
