Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – Wipro has appointed Ashish Kumar Goyal as Senior Vice President and Global Head – Enterprise Applications.
With more than two decades of leadership experience across enterprise technology, cloud transformation, SAP, AI, analytics, and digital modernization, Ashish Kumar Goyal brings deep expertise in driving large-scale business transformation initiatives across global markets and industries.
Prior to joining Wipro, Ashish Kumar Goyal spent nearly fifteen years with Accenture, where he held several strategic global leadership assignments across technology transformation, cloud, enterprise applications, innovation, and industry modernization programs. Most recently, he served as Technology Lead UKIA – Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense and Professional Services, leading transformation initiatives across the United Kingdom and Ireland markets.
Earlier at Accenture, he held leadership roles including SAP Business Group Lead – ATC, Talent Creation Lead, Cloud Lead, and Managing Director – Africa, Asia & Middle East Lead – Resources, where he drove digital transformation, cloud modernization, AI-led innovation, enterprise IT transformation, automation, and Industry X.0 initiatives across global clients and growth markets. He also led innovation hubs, enterprise cloud migration programs, SAP transformation initiatives, and large-scale global delivery operations across industries including mining, energy, utilities, aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing.
Before Accenture, Ashish worked with Diageo as Front Office Transformation Manager – SAP, Salesforce & Analytics Program, where he led transformation programs across APAC, Europe, Africa, and Canada. He also worked with bp as Transformation Program Manager – Group Reporting & Analytics, supporting large-scale financial reporting and analytics modernization initiatives.
His earlier career included leadership assignments with Deutsche Bank as SAP Global Lead, with HCLTech as Business Intelligence & Analytics Practice Lead – Europe, and with Tata Technologies, where he led business intelligence and analytics engagements across international markets. He also worked with Hindustan Times as Product Manager, contributing to SAP implementation and media business transformation initiatives, and began his professional journey with KLG Systel and Jaldi.com in product management and e-commerce solution development roles.
On the academic front, Ashish Kumar Goyal holds an MBA in Marketing, International Business & Strategy from Kurukshetra University.
