Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2026 — Prabhakar (Prab) Pandey has joined Syngenta Group as Global Lead (Head) – HR Data Architecture and Governance, People Insights and Analytics. In this role, he will lead the strategic development and implementation of HR data governance across Syngenta’s global operations, with a focus on data quality, compliance, ethical HR data use, and robust governance frameworks.
Before joining Syngenta Group, Prab spent nearly nine years with Novartis, where he held leadership roles across service delivery, HR analytics, data science and AI, and HR technology. Most recently, he served as Associate Director | Service Delivery, P&O / HR Analytics, DS&AI, DDIT, leading global HR analytics and technology projects, stakeholder engagement, solution delivery, vendor selection, and HR application roadmap initiatives.
Earlier at Novartis, he worked as Solution Design Expert, People and Organizations Analytics, delivering HR BI and analytics projects using tools such as SAP HR, BW, Qlik, and Visier, while supporting solution design, functional workshops, and post-implementation reviews.
Prab’s earlier experience includes HR analytics and reporting leadership roles with Ocwen Financial Solutions, Vodafone Shared Services India, Serco, Baxter Healthcare, and Hewitt Associates, where he built deep expertise in HR reporting, BI, analytics, data governance, automation, data visualization, workforce analytics, and global HR operations.
He has completed an Executive Program in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an Advanced Certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
