Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Neelima Kataria has joined Brenntag as Senior Director Human Resources – APAC and Global Beauty & Care, where she will lead HR for the APAC region and the company’s Global Beauty & Care business.
Neelima brings extensive HR leadership experience across chemicals, manufacturing, automotive, media, retail, financial services, telecom, and business services. Her appointment comes as Brenntag continues to strengthen its people strategy across global and regional businesses.
Prior to joining Brenntag, Neelima spent more than four years with AkzoNobel, where she served as Director HR – South Asia & Middle East and earlier as Country HR Head, India Sub Continent.
Before AkzoNobel, she worked with Apollo Tyres Ltd as Head HR, Business Partner – APMEA, leading HR business partnering across the region. She also served as Head – HR, Digital Business at HT Media Ltd, contributing to people strategy for digital business operations.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles with Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors Ltd., Bharti Wal-Mart, Bharti Televentures Ltd, Global Vantedge, IBM Daksh, and TNT Worldwide Express, building deep expertise across performance and rewards, HR business partnering, people excellence, talent strategy, and organizational development.
