London, United Kingdom, May 2026 — Andy Brown has started a new position as Chief People & Brand Officer at Frasers Group, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the company’s people and brand functions.
Andy has been associated with Frasers Group for nearly six years. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief People Officer, and earlier as Group HR Director, where he played a key role in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and people strategy across the group’s global retail operations.
Before joining Frasers Group, Andy worked with Evans Cycles as HR Director, leading HR operations and people initiatives for the cycling retail business.
Earlier, he spent several years with Countrywide Plc, where he held senior HR leadership roles including People Director – Retail and Head of Human Resources – London and Premier Division. During this tenure, he led large-scale organizational transformation, customer-focused people strategies, employee engagement initiatives, leadership development programs, digital transformation projects, and regional restructuring initiatives across thousands of employees and multiple business locations.
Andy also held HR leadership positions with Hamptons International, where he led strategic people planning, talent acquisition transformation, engagement improvement, and HR operations across the business.
His earlier career includes HR and learning leadership roles with Ceridian, Speciality Retail Group Limited, and Basebuy Ltd T/A Eisenegger, where he built expertise across HR transformation, training, onboarding, organizational design, employee relations, and retail workforce management.
