Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Shweta Pathak has joined ZingHR as Head – Growth Marketing, taking on a key leadership role in driving the company’s growth, brand visibility, customer engagement, demand generation, and market expansion initiatives across strategic regions.
Expressing her enthusiasm about the new role, Shweta shared that she is thrilled to be part of the vision being led by Prasad Rajappan and the broader ZingHR team. Her appointment comes at a time when the company continues to expand its presence as a leading global HR technology platform serving customers across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other international markets.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning growth marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, thought leadership, community building, and strategic HR initiatives, Shweta Pathak brings a unique blend of HR and marketing leadership expertise. Throughout her career, she has successfully built brand visibility, strengthened customer engagement, developed thought leadership ecosystems, and delivered business growth through innovative marketing and talent strategies.
Prior to joining ZingHR, Shweta served as Marketing Leader – India at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she led marketing initiatives focused on reputation capital, thought leadership, event ecosystems, demand generation, and research-driven business growth. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in strengthening market visibility, driving customer engagement, and building strategic partnerships across the learning and talent technology ecosystem.
Earlier, she worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Vice President – Human Resources, where she was part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. In this role, she led campus recruitment initiatives, diversity hiring programs, employer branding projects, and ESG-related initiatives, helping the bank strengthen its talent acquisition and people development strategies.
Shweta also served as Assistant Vice President – Change & Engagement at EdCast, where she focused on enhancing brand equity, social media engagement, thought leadership, research-led marketing initiatives, and community-building programs. Her efforts helped strengthen the company’s reputation capital and visibility across key markets.
Her professional journey further includes leadership roles with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., where she led university relations and employer branding initiatives, as well as TMP Worldwide, where she advised organizations on employer branding and talent attraction strategies. She has also contributed to talent acquisition and HR initiatives at Deutsche Bank, Marico Limited, and TeamLease Services, building a strong foundation in talent management, recruitment, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
An alumna of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Shweta holds an MBA in Human Resources. Her diverse experience across HR, branding, marketing, and business transformation positions her well to support ZingHR’s continued growth and market leadership.
