Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, June 2026 — Comcast Corporation has named Vicki (Brinson) Williams as its new Human Resources Chief, where she will oversee human resources leadership across the company’s NBCUniversal and Cable businesses, further strengthening Comcast’s people strategy and organizational leadership framework.
Williams brings more than two decades of extensive experience in human resources, compensation strategy, organizational leadership, governance, and talent management across media, consulting, and corporate sectors. In her expanded leadership role, she will help drive Comcast’s workforce strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives across its global operations.
Williams has been associated with NBCUniversal Media, LLC for more than 15 years and currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer, a role she has held since 2018. In this capacity, she has led strategic HR initiatives supporting large-scale business operations, organizational growth, and talent strategies across the company.
Prior to becoming CHRO, she served as Senior Vice President – Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at NBCUniversal, where she oversaw compensation programs, employee benefits, HR operations, and HR systems. During her tenure, her responsibilities also expanded to include HR support and generalist leadership for corporate functions, contributing significantly to organizational effectiveness and employee experience initiatives.
In addition to her executive HR leadership responsibilities, Williams has served as a Director and Member of the Board at Annaly Capital Management since 2018. She currently chairs the Management Development & Compensation Committee and also serves on the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, bringing valuable governance and leadership expertise to the organization.
Before joining NBCUniversal, Williams worked as a Partner at Pay Governance, advising organizations on executive compensation and governance strategies. Earlier, she spent over a decade with Towers Watson and Towers Perrin, where she held consulting and principal-level positions focused on compensation consulting, HR strategy, and organizational advisory services.
With her strong expertise in compensation, HR operations, leadership strategy, governance, and organizational transformation, Williams is recognized as a highly respected HR leader with deep experience navigating complex and evolving business environments.
Her appointment further reinforces Comcast’s commitment to strengthening its people-first culture while supporting innovation, collaboration, and growth across its media and connectivity businesses.
