In announcing her new role, she expressed her admiration for SHL as a leader in the talent intelligence category, recognized for transforming how organizations assess human potential through science-driven and data-backed solutions. As Chief People Officer, Paramita will lead SHL’s global people strategy, supporting the organization’s continued evolution as it reimagines how human potential is identified, developed, and unlocked in the age of artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining SHL, Paramita C. served as Vice President, Global HR Business Partnering at Cornerstone OnDemand. In this leadership role, she partnered with global business leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
Before Cornerstone OnDemand, Paramita built an extensive and distinguished career at PayPal, where she spent more than fourteen years in progressively senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, HRBP Leader – Global Marketing and Consumer Product Group, following her role as Senior Director, HRBP Leader – Global Customer Operations. In these positions, she partnered with senior executives to drive business-aligned people strategies, organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, and talent management initiatives on a global scale.
During her tenure at PayPal, she also held leadership positions including Senior Director, Talent Development & Learning, Director, Global Customer Operations Training, Senior Manager, Global Training & Curriculum Design, and Manager, EMEA Training. Across these assignments, she played a pivotal role in building global learning ecosystems, leadership development programs, capability-building frameworks, and workforce development strategies that supported business growth and employee success.
Earlier in her career, Paramita C. worked as Enterprise Training Consultant at Dell Inc., where she focused on learning and development initiatives across enterprise functions. She also served as Education Consultant at SAP and Senior Technical Trainer at HP, building strong expertise in capability development, training strategy, and organizational learning. In addition, she currently serves as a Council Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, contributing thought leadership to the global HR community.
