Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Siddharth Singh has been promoted to Vice President – HR & Workday Reporting Transformation at Accenture.
Singh has been associated with Accenture for nearly six years and has established himself as a recognized leader in HR technology, Workday reporting, workforce analytics, HRIS transformation, and data-driven people solutions. His promotion reflects his significant contributions in building and scaling HR reporting and analytics capabilities for global clients.
Prior to his elevation, he served as Senior Manager / Vice President – Workday HR/HRIS Reporting Delivery | HR/HRIS Reporting & Analysis, where he was responsible for driving business outcomes for global clients, managing large client account portfolios, leading Workday reporting delivery teams, and overseeing HR Reporting & Analysis as a Service initiatives. In this role, he managed P&L responsibilities while leading highly skilled teams delivering advanced Workday reporting, analytics, visualization, and workforce insights solutions.
Earlier, Singh held leadership positions as Manager / AVP – Workday HR/HRIS Reporting Delivery and Associate Manager – Workday HR/HRIS Reporting Delivery, where he played a key role in developing standardized HR dashboards, leading global reporting transformation programs, managing migration from legacy systems to Workday, and enabling real-time workforce analytics through technologies such as Workday, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, and other HR platforms.
Before joining Accenture, he served as Senior Manager – HR Reporting & Analytics at Edelweiss Financial Services, where he built HR analytics frameworks and delivered strategic workforce insights to business and HR leaders. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade with Citi, holding several progressively senior roles across HR Reporting & Analytics, Governance, Risk & Control, Service Delivery, Workflow Management, and Reporting Operations. During his tenure, he led reporting transformation initiatives, developed real-time dashboards, enhanced automation capabilities, and supported strategic workforce planning and talent management programs.
Earlier in his career, Singh worked with Convergys as a Senior Technical Support Officer, gaining valuable experience in customer service operations, technology support, and service delivery management.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning HR analytics, workforce reporting, HR technology transformation, governance, service delivery, and business intelligence, Singh has built a strong reputation for leveraging data and technology to improve workforce decision-making and business outcomes.
In his new role as Vice President – HR & Workday Reporting Transformation, he is expected to further strengthen Accenture’s global HR analytics and reporting capabilities while driving innovation in workforce intelligence, reporting transformation, and people-focused technology solutions.
