Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2026 — Kunwar Khurana has started a new position as Head – Sales and Marketing at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
Khurana has been associated with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories for more than 12 years, building a strong career across pharmaceutical sales, marketing, brand management, therapy leadership, and business strategy. In his new role, he will focus on sales and marketing across dermatology, innovative assets, and trichology.
Prior to this elevation, Khurana served as Head Marketing at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he led marketing for pediatrics, gastroenterology, anti-infectives, VMS, anti-allergics, and dermatology. Earlier, he worked as Group Therapy Manager, managing marketing responsibilities across gastroenterology and wound care.
He also held the position of Group Brand Manager at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he focused on gastroenterology and anti-ulcerants. Earlier in his journey with the company, he served as Product Manager – Wound Care, managing pain and wound care portfolios.
Before joining Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Khurana worked with Cipla as Product Manager, handling anti-infective and anti-allergic portfolios. He also worked with Zydus Group as Product Executive, focusing on neuropsychiatry, anti-epileptics, and anti-psychotics.
His early professional exposure includes internship and training assignments with Zydus Group and Ranbaxy, where he gained experience in market research, product development, and quality control functions.
Academically, Khurana holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
With his extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, therapy management, brand strategy, and commercial leadership, Khurana is expected to play a key role in strengthening Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories’ sales and marketing initiatives.
