County Cork, Ireland, May 2026 — Eli Lilly and Company has promoted Aoife Keohane to the position of Associate Vice President – HR Technology and Operations.
Keohane has been associated with Eli Lilly and Company for nearly twelve years and has held a series of leadership roles across HR operations, shared services, workforce solutions, HR technology, and global business services.
Prior to her promotion, she served as Executive Director, Global HR Shared Services from March 2023 to June 2026. Based in County Cork, Ireland, she was responsible for leading global HR shared services operations supporting the company’s workforce and HR service delivery functions.
Earlier, she held the position of Senior Director, Global HR Shared Services from August 2019 to February 2023. In this role, she supported Global HR Shared Service operations across Cork, Ireland, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
From March 2017 to August 2019, Keohane served as Director, Global Workforce Solutions. Her responsibilities included centralized support services for global employee data, contingent workforce operations, global learning operations, and U.S. call center support services.
During this period, she also served as the Core Business Process Lead for the company’s Workday implementation and as the Program and System Lead for the Beeline contingent workforce implementation initiative.
Earlier, she worked as Strategic Projects Lead, Global Business Solutions (GBS) from December 2016 to March 2017 and as Manager – Global HR Data Operations from September 2014 to November 2016.
Before joining Eli Lilly, Keohane spent four years with Apple, serving in HR roles across the Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA) region from October 2010 to September 2014.
Prior to Apple, she served as HR Executive (Site Lead) at Ames True Temper from February 2009 to September 2010 in Cork, Ireland.
Earlier in her career, she worked as HR Systems Administrator at Stryker Orthopaedics from August 2008 to January 2010 and as HR Administrator at DePuy Orthopaedics from 2006 to 2008.
Keohane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Munster Technological University.
