Irvine, California, United States, June 2026 — Alicia Steele has been promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources at Fujitsu Frontech North America Inc. In her expanded leadership role, she will oversee the company’s global people strategy across domestic and international operations, leading organization-wide human resources initiatives spanning talent management, organizational development, succession planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership development, executive coaching, health and safety, and merger and acquisition integration.
Steele has built a long and successful career with Fujitsu Frontech North America, where she previously served as Senior Manager – Human Resources. During her tenure, she has partnered closely with executive leadership to develop strategic HR initiatives, strengthen organizational capability, implement people policies and processes, guide succession planning, support performance management, and lead HR integration activities for acquisitions across multiple locations.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Steele also served for eight years as Past Chairperson of the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA), where she provided mentorship and governance support to board leadership while contributing to the advancement of the HR profession.
Prior to Fujitsu, she spent nearly four years with UST Global Inc. as Human Resources Manager – North America, leading HR operations across the United States and Canada. She was responsible for employee relations, HR operations, immigration compliance, benefits administration, process automation, compliance training, HR technology optimization, and workforce development, while successfully delivering significant operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Earlier, Steele served as Human Resources Manager at Novastar Financial, Inc., where she partnered with business leaders on organizational change, people development, leadership coaching, performance management, rewards and recognition, and merger integration initiatives.
She also held HR leadership positions at Ameriquest Mortgage Co., where she specialized in succession planning, employee relations, compliance investigations, workplace conduct training, and HR process development, and began her HR career with Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. as an HR Generalist, supporting multi-state retail operations across human resources and benefits administration.
With nearly three decades of experience across technology, financial services, mortgage, and retail sectors, Steele brings deep expertise in strategic human resources, organizational development, talent management, leadership coaching, employee engagement, compliance, HR transformation, and post-merger integration. Her promotion reflects Fujitsu Frontech North America’s continued focus on strengthening its people strategy and organizational capability.
