Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Medline India has announced the appointment of Anil Jain as Senior Director – Finance. In this strategic leadership role, he will provide financial direction for the organization, partnering closely with enterprise finance executives to shape the company’s long-term financial strategy and support business growth.
Bringing over 20 years of finance leadership experience, Anil Jain has built an accomplished career leading multi-geographic finance organizations, driving finance transformation, optimizing working capital, and building high-performing global teams. His expertise spans end-to-end finance operations, shared services, service delivery management, and digital transformation initiatives, positioning him well to support Medline India’s continued expansion.
Prior to joining Medline India, Anil spent more than 17 years with General Mills, where he progressed through a series of increasingly senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Director – Global Finance, leading the finance function for the company’s Global Capability Centre. Before that, he was Head – Global Finance, overseeing financial shared services, and earlier led vendor service delivery as Head – Financial Shared Services. During his tenure, he also held key leadership positions including Senior Finance Manager, Finance Operations Manager, Assistant Manager – Order to Cash, Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Finance & Freight Payment, Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Finance, Team Lead, Senior Inventory Analyst, and Inventory Analyst, gaining extensive experience across finance operations, supply chain finance, order-to-cash processes, inventory management, and service delivery.
Earlier in his career, Anil worked with Syntel as a Fixed Income Analyst, where he was responsible for variance analysis across investment portfolios to support fund management and decision-making.
At Medline India, Anil will lead the finance function with a focus on aligning financial strategy with corporate priorities, strengthening service quality, and accelerating the evolution of the finance organization in India. His appointment reinforces Medline India’s commitment to building a robust finance capability that supports its global operations and long-term growth agenda.
