In her expanded role, she will lead the company’s talent acquisition function, driving recruitment strategy, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, mentoring recruitment teams, and supporting business growth across key industry sectors.
With over 16 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, Swati Kedia has built a strong track record in recruitment strategy, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership hiring. Her promotion reflects Jacobs’ confidence in her ability to enhance talent acquisition capabilities while supporting the organization’s growth across advanced manufacturing, life sciences, semiconductor, data center, industrial, chemical, EV, and other strategic sectors.
Swati has been associated with Jacobs for more than five years, steadily progressing through key talent acquisition leadership roles. Before her promotion, she served as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where she led and mentored recruitment teams, acted as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligned hiring strategies with business priorities, drove recruitment KPIs, strengthened diversity and inclusion initiatives, and built proactive talent pipelines. Earlier, she worked as Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals.
Prior to joining Jacobs, Swati served as Senior Manager – Recruitment at Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. (ICT), where she led talent acquisition for railway and allied infrastructure businesses, managed domestic and international hiring, supported business development through strategic recruitment, and oversaw talent management, workforce planning, analytics, onboarding, and expatriate hiring. Earlier, she was Assistant Manager – HR at Inabensa Bharat Private Limited (Abengoa Group), handling recruitment, training, organizational development, succession planning, and expatriate management. She began her leadership journey at AYESA India Pvt. Ltd. as Manager – HR and Admin, where she established HR policies, built HR processes, implemented induction and background verification systems, and supported organizational expansion in India.
Swati holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), Delhi, and brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, talent management, succession planning, HR analytics, and recruitment strategy. Her promotion reinforces Jacobs’ commitment to developing internal leadership and building future-ready talent capabilities.
