Faridabad, Haryana, India, July 2026 — Studds Accessories Limited, the world’s largest manufacturer of helmets and motorcycle accessories, has appointed Bharat Goyal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, he will lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, investor relations, and business planning initiatives, supporting Studds’ continued growth and global expansion.
Bharat brings over 16 years of diverse experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, investor relations, treasury, accounting, compliance, and business transformation. Having previously served as Vice President – Finance & Investor Relations at Studds Accessories Limited, he has already played an instrumental role in strengthening the company’s finance function and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
Prior to rejoining Studds in a leadership capacity, Bharat served as Director at Tata 1MG Technologies Private Limited, where he led financial closings and statutory reporting, partnered with auditors on compliance and taxation matters, and drove the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across finance and supply chain functions. He also spearheaded reporting automation initiatives and strengthened financial controls and reconciliations.
Earlier, during his previous tenure with Studds Accessories Limited as DGM Finance & Accounts, Bharat oversaw end-to-end finance operations, including accounts receivable and payable, banking, fixed assets, and general ledger management. He played a key role in strengthening internal controls, ensuring tax compliance, leading SAP implementation across manufacturing units, and driving finance-led strategies that improved operational efficiencies and EBITDA performance.
His leadership journey also includes senior finance positions at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd., where he managed statutory closings, audit coordination, working capital management, and automation initiatives, and at Honda Cars India Ltd., where he held multiple roles across finance and accounting. During his tenure at Honda, he gained extensive expertise in revenue recognition, treasury operations, capital budgeting, asset management, regulatory compliance, and financial planning. He began his career with Shree Vinayak Technec Private Limited, managing accounting operations, banking, taxation, and management reporting.
With deep expertise spanning manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, and technology sectors, Bharat’s appointment marks an important leadership addition for Studds as it continues to strengthen its financial capabilities and accelerate its next phase of growth.
