New Delhi, Delhi, India, July 2026 — Naks & Associates (Advocates & Solicitors) has announced the appointment of Lalit Babbar as Head – HR Governance & Employment Law. In this role, he will lead the firm’s HR governance and employment law practice, delivering practical, business-oriented HR governance and labour compliance solutions that help organizations mitigate risk, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen employee governance, and build sustainable people practices.
With over 22 years of experience, Lalit brings extensive expertise across human resources, employment law, workforce governance, compliance, industrial relations, and strategic HR. Prior to joining Naks & Associates, he served as Human Resources Business Partner at Fresenius Kabi Business Services, where he partnered with business leaders at the Global Capability Center (GCC), aligning human capital strategies with global objectives. His responsibilities included talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws while bridging global Centre of Excellence initiatives with local execution.
Before his GCC role, Lalit spent more than eight years with Fresenius Kabi, progressing through leadership positions including Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager. During this period, he played a key role in driving HR excellence across compensation and benefits, plant HR, employee relations, compliance, and workforce management. Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership positions with Sentiss Pharma Private Limited, Future Group, and Vodafone India, building broad experience across the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, and telecom sectors.
Lalit holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University (2005–2008) and completed the Executive HR Leadership Program at SP Jain School of Global Management in 2022. He is also a Certified CSR Professional from ICSI and a Member of the WorldatWork Total Rewards Professional Network, further strengthening his expertise in strategic HR leadership and governance.
