Bringing over two decades of diverse experience in human resources management and executive coaching, Panah has demonstrated her prowess in leading HR operations and strategic development across a variety of sectors, including her recent role as Talent Architect & Coach at talentmor, LLC. Here, she founded a talent and executive coaching practice dedicated to elevating organizational performance through comprehensive talent management, learning and development, and HR restructuring strategies.
Prior to founding talentmor, LLC, Panah served as the global Chief People Officer at McCann Worldgroup, where she played a pivotal role in orchestrating a holistic approach to HR across the organization’s decentralized operating model. Her leadership helped to redefine corporate strategy and HR transformation, impacting over 17,000 employees across 100+ countries.
