Faridabad, Haryana, India, July 2026 — Victura Technologies Private Ltd. has announced the appointment of Gajanan Desai as President & Business Head – Aluminum Forging Division. In this leadership role, he will spearhead the company’s Aluminum Forging Division, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, engineering innovation, and business expansion as Victura continues to strengthen its position in advanced manufacturing.
Gajanan brings over 30 years of experience in forging, engineering, product development, manufacturing, quality management, and business leadership. Prior to joining Victura Technologies Private Ltd., he spent more than 11 years at Bharat Forge Ltd., where he held senior leadership positions including Vice President – Cold Forging Operations, Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Senior Vice President – Design & Development. During his tenure, he played a significant role in advancing cold forging operations, engineering capabilities, product development, and manufacturing excellence.
Earlier, Gajanan served as Deputy General Manager – Quality Management, Product Development & Engineering at Hirschvogel Components India, leading engineering, product development, and quality initiatives for precision manufacturing. Before that, he spent nearly a decade with Kalyani Thermal Systems Limited as Senior Manager – Design & Development, building deep expertise in engineering design and product innovation. He began his professional journey as a Design Engineer at Patheja Brothers Forgings & Stampings Ltd., laying a strong technical foundation in the forging industry.
With extensive experience across engineering leadership, product development, manufacturing operations, and forging technologies, Gajanan’s appointment reinforces Victura Technologies’ commitment to expanding its advanced manufacturing capabilities and driving innovation across its Aluminum Forging business.
