Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States, July 2026 — Franklin Electric has appointed Rajeshnath VT as Chief Supply Chain & Transformation Officer. As a member of the executive leadership team, he will lead the company’s global supply chain and enterprise transformation agenda, driving operational excellence, strengthening collaboration across the business and supporting Franklin Electric’s continued global growth.
Rajeshnath joins Franklin Electric with more than 25 years of global supply chain leadership experience, having built a distinguished career across procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and enterprise transformation. He is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, leading complex global operations and delivering sustainable business results.
Prior to joining Franklin Electric, Rajeshnath served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Pentair for several months. Before assuming the Chief Supply Chain Officer role, he spent more than five years as Senior Vice President – Supply Chain, leading the company’s global supply chain strategy, operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
Earlier, he served as Vice President – Global Procurement at Graco for nearly two years, where he led global procurement strategy and supplier management.
Before Graco, Rajeshnath returned to Pentair as Director – Global Supply Management for around two years, leading the global direct sourcing organization and driving strategic cost reduction and supply chain improvement initiatives across the company’s worldwide operations.
Earlier in his career, he served as Global Director – Supply Chain & Logistics at nVent for approximately two years. Prior to that, he spent nearly 13 years with Pentair Water, holding several leadership roles across the Asia-Pacific region, including Director – Supply APAC, Director – Strategic Projects APAC, Material Supply Management Director, and Head – Supply at Pentair Water India, where he led regional supply chain transformation, procurement and operational excellence initiatives.
Earlier, Rajeshnath held procurement leadership positions with Bayer India Limited and tesa tape, building a strong foundation in strategic sourcing and supply management.
