New Delhi, India, July 2026 — TARC Limited has appointed Mridul Shreevastava as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) as the luxury real estate developer strengthens its leadership team to support its next phase of growth and organizational transformation.
In his new role, Mridul will lead TARC’s enterprise-wide people agenda, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, learning and development, employee experience, and organizational capability. In addition to leading Human Resources, he will also oversee Business Excellence and the Project Management Office (PMO), helping strengthen planning, execution, governance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Mridul brings more than 23 years of leadership experience spanning technology, telecommunications, financial services, real estate, and hospitality, with a strong track record of building high-performing organizations through transformation, scale, and governance.
Most recently, he co-founded Chieftain Search & Advisory, where he serves as Co-Founder & Principal Consultant, advising organizations on executive search, leadership, and people transformation.
Prior to this, he spent nearly seven years as Chief People Officer at Spectra (formerly Systema Shyam), where he led the enterprise people strategy during a period of business restructuring, diversification, and governance transformation.
During his tenure, he spearheaded organizational restructuring that contributed to an annual EBITDA improvement of approximately ₹10–12 crore, redesigned the sales capability architecture supporting 18% year-on-year revenue growth, increased monthly sales productivity by 32% through workforce analytics and incentive redesign, implemented AI-enabled HR technology platforms, introduced automation across customer service and sales operations, established ESOP-linked executive compensation frameworks, strengthened leadership succession, and supported the company’s transition toward institutional governance. He also played a pivotal role in incubating a MedTech business that achieved approximately ₹50 crore in revenue during its first year.
Earlier, Mridul served as Head – Human Resources at Hero FinCorp, where he helped build the HR architecture during one of the company’s most significant growth phases. Over five years, he supported the expansion of the workforce from just two employees to more than 7,000 while contributing to business growth from approximately ₹350 crore to ₹19,000 crore in assets under management. His work included designing enterprise performance and rewards frameworks, leadership development programs, workforce analytics, sales incentive architecture, executive compensation strategies, and governance initiatives aligned with private equity investor expectations.
Before Hero FinCorp, he was Senior Manager – Human Resources at Religare, leading organization development and enterprise learning initiatives for a workforce of more than 10,000 employees. During this period, he established the organization’s digital learning platform and implemented engagement initiatives that significantly reduced employee attrition.
Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at DLF Homes, where he managed talent acquisition, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Mridul has further strengthened his HR leadership credentials through an Executive Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI – Xavier School of Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Institute of Management Studies Ghaziabad.
