California, United States, July 2026 — PRISM Talent Group has appointed Rebecca M. as its new Chief People Officer, bringing more than a decade of progressive human resources leadership experience across staffing, consulting, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare services, and security industries. Known for building people-first organizations and aligning HR strategy with business growth, Rebecca joins PRISM Talent Group at a pivotal stage in its expansion.
In her new role, Rebecca will lead the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, HR operations, workforce planning, performance management, and culture initiatives. She will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen organizational capability while supporting PRISM Talent Group’s mission of helping clients build exceptional teams through strategic talent solutions and workforce consulting.
Prior to joining PRISM Talent Group, Rebecca served as Vice President of People and Operations at GoLive! Staffing, where she led both the Human Resources and operational functions during a period of organizational growth. She was responsible for aligning people strategy with business operations, strengthening workforce capabilities, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting scalable growth across the staffing business.
Earlier, she was promoted to Human Resources Director at GoLive! Staffing, where she led core HR initiatives including talent management, employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and leadership support while helping strengthen the company’s people infrastructure.
Before joining GoLive! Staffing, Rebecca served as Human Resources Director at WindowRama, leading the organization’s HR strategy across talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy development, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning while partnering with business leaders to support continued organizational growth.
Previously, she held the position of Human Resources Director at Travers Tool Co., Inc., a leading distributor of industrial and metalworking supplies. There, she oversaw strategic HR operations, employee development, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and people policies that supported the company’s nationwide workforce.
Earlier in her career, Rebecca spent more than four years as Human Resources Manager at Newport Credentialing Solutions, where she gained broad experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and workforce administration, establishing a strong foundation in strategic human resources leadership.
Alongside her executive responsibilities, Rebecca has also served as an independent Human Resources Consultant for East Gate Security since 2023, advising organizations on HR strategy, recruitment, organizational effectiveness, and people management solutions.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in organizational leadership, HR transformation, talent strategy, employee engagement, recruitment, leadership development, compliance, and operational excellence.
