Tysons, Virginia, United States, July 2026 — TechnoMile has appointed Sarika Lamont as Chief People and AI Enablement Officer, bringing to the executive team a seasoned people leader with more than two decades of experience driving organisational growth, talent transformation, and AI-enabled workforce innovation across the technology and government contracting sectors.
In her new role, Sarika will lead TechnoMile’s global people strategy while spearheading enterprise AI enablement initiatives. She will be responsible for aligning talent strategy, organisational capability, workforce transformation, employee experience, and responsible AI adoption with the company’s long-term business objectives as it continues supporting organisations executing critical government missions.
Prior to joining TechnoMile, Sarika served as Chief People Officer at Vidyard, where she led the global people function during a period of organisational growth and transformation. In addition to overseeing talent acquisition, people operations, employee experience, leadership development, total rewards, and organisational effectiveness, she successfully led the company’s AI transformation and enablement agenda, helping embed AI across people processes and business operations. She also continues to serve as an Advisor to the company.
Earlier at Vidyard, as Vice President, People & Culture, Sarika led the scaling of the organisation from approximately $40 million to $100 million in revenue. She modernised talent acquisition through AI-enabled processes, implemented new HR technology platforms, established a global job architecture, introduced the company’s first enterprise performance management framework, and strengthened employee experience across operations in North America and Europe.
Before Vidyard, Sarika served as Chief Talent Officer at EverCommerce, where she built the company’s global talent management architecture following its IPO and helped integrate more than 55 acquired companies into a unified enterprise. Reporting to the CEO, she established global centres of excellence across talent management, learning and development, total rewards, people operations, talent acquisition, DEIB, and strategic HR business partnering while supporting the organisation’s rapid international expansion.
Prior to EverCommerce, Sarika spent nearly eight years with Avantus Federal (formerly E3 Federal Solutions), where she progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Integrated Talent Management, Director of Delivery Excellence & Talent Management, and Program Manager. During her tenure, she led enterprise talent transformation, supported multiple acquisitions and integrations, developed award-winning leadership programmes, strengthened organisational capability, and played a key role in scaling the business through periods of rapid growth and private equity-backed expansion. Earlier in her career, she also held leadership positions with Morgan Business Consulting and Altria, building expertise in programme management, organisational development, business operations, talent strategy, and leadership development across government contracting and commercial sectors.
Sarika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the George Washington University School of Business.
Her appointment reflects TechnoMile’s continued investment in building a future-ready organisation where people strategy and AI innovation work together to accelerate customer success and organisational growth.
