Racine, Wisconsin, United States, July 2026 — Johnson Outdoors has appointed Asad Rahman as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing on board a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across global consumer goods, manufacturing, supply chain, finance transformation, and strategic planning.
Asad joins Johnson Outdoors from Mars, where he served as Vice President, Finance, providing strategic financial leadership and supporting business performance during a key phase of organizational growth.
Prior to Mars, Asad held senior finance leadership roles at Kellanova, serving as Vice President, Finance – Kellanova Supply Chain, where he led financial strategy for the company’s global supply chain operations. Earlier, at Kellogg Company, he served as Vice President, Finance – Kellogg Supply Chain and previously as Chief Financial Officer, Away From Home Division, overseeing financial strategy, commercial performance, and business planning across the division.
Before joining Kellogg, Asad built an accomplished sixteen-year career at SC Johnson, progressing through multiple global finance leadership roles. His responsibilities included serving as Senior Director – North America FP&A, Sales, Senior Director, Finance – Global HQ Functions, Director, Finance – Global Procurement/Strategy, Business Services & Technology, Director, Global Internal Audit, Finance Manager – Corporate Business Planning & Analysis, Finance Manager – North America Marketing Services, International Sales & Marketing Controller, Finance Manager – Brand Marketing, Senior Business Process Consultant / Project Manager, and Business Process Consultant. During this period, he led enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives, procurement optimization, global planning processes, strategic business partnering, internal audit, financial governance, technology-enabled finance transformation, and commercial finance operations across multiple international markets.
Earlier in his career, Asad served as Senior Applications Developer at Nabholz Inc., where he led enterprise software development initiatives and built a strong foundation in technology, business systems, and process automation that would later complement his finance leadership career.
Asad holds an MBA with a Finance Concentration from Marquette University, strengthening his expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, financial leadership, and business transformation.
With over two decades of experience spanning financial strategy, supply chain finance, corporate planning, global operations, digital transformation, governance, and executive leadership, Asad is well positioned to lead Johnson Outdoors’ global finance organization and support the company’s continued innovation and long-term growth.
