Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — BetaCura Health has appointed Abhishek Bhagat as Chief Operating Officer – Enterprise Business. In this strategic leadership role, he will lead the company’s enterprise business, driving growth across corporate wellness, insurance health services, diagnostics, and digital health while accelerating BetaCura Health’s mission to transform preventive healthcare through technology, innovation, and scalable healthcare solutions.
Abhishek joins BetaCura Health after an accomplished eight-year journey with Digit Insurance, where he held a series of progressively senior leadership positions spanning strategy, finance, operations, claims, customer experience, and enterprise account management. Most recently, he served as Vice President & Head – Large Account Management, leading strategic relationships with key enterprise clients while driving business growth and customer success.
Prior to that, he served as Process Head – Health Claims, OPD, Travel Claims & Corporate Wellness, where he led large-scale operational functions, enhanced customer experience, and implemented transformation initiatives across multiple business lines. Earlier, as Head – Key Accounts Management, he strengthened strategic client partnerships and expanded enterprise engagement across the organization’s health business.
Abhishek also played a significant role in shaping Digit Insurance’s growth strategy through leadership positions including AVP – Corporate Strategy & Business Planning, Senior Manager – Strategy & Business Planning, Manager – Finance, and Deputy Manager – Finance. During this period, he contributed to business planning, financial strategy, operational excellence, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide growth initiatives that supported the company’s rapid expansion.
Before joining Digit Insurance, Abhishek served as Commercial Manager at CFM Infratex Limited, where he managed commercial operations and business performance. Earlier, he worked as Assistant Manager at The Naihati Jute Mills Co. Ltd., building a strong foundation in finance, commercial management, and business operations.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience across the insurance, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing sectors, Abhishek Bhagat brings extensive expertise in enterprise business management, corporate strategy, digital transformation, operational excellence, customer experience, healthcare operations, corporate wellness, finance, and business planning.
