Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — ISS Facility Services India Private Limited has announced the appointment of Sameer Bhosale as Segment Director – Key Account Network, further strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to drive operational excellence and deliver greater value for its customers.
According to the company, Sameer brings over two decades of leadership experience in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and business strategy. His expertise in operational excellence, solution design, digital enablement, governance, and people-centric leadership is expected to support ISS India’s continued growth while enhancing customer value across strategic accounts.
In his new role, Sameer will lead the Key Account Network with responsibility for strategic account leadership, P&L management, customer success, stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, business transformation, governance, compliance, risk management, team development, and value creation. He will focus on strengthening business performance across key client portfolios through governance, operational transformation, and high-performing teams.
Prior to joining ISS Facility Services India, Sameer served as Vice President – Operations at Dusters Total Solutions Services Private Limited, where he led operations across the organization while driving business performance and operational excellence.
Earlier, he was Regional Director – Operations (Western India) at Compass Group India, managing integrated facility management operations across Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat.
Before that, Sameer worked as Assistant Vice President at OCS Group UK, overseeing facility management operations across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. He also served as DGM – Operations at PSIPL (Property Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.), managing operations across Mumbai, Goa, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh.
His earlier leadership experience includes nearly eight years as AGM – Operations at Sodexo Facilities Management Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he contributed to large-scale facilities management operations, following an earlier role with ATC.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning integrated facility management, operational transformation, customer relationship management, business strategy, governance, P&L management, and leadership, Sameer brings extensive expertise in managing large, multi-location operations and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
