Los Angeles, California, United States, July 2026 — Liquid I.V. has appointed Mahvish Zaman as its new Chief People & Culture Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the functional hydration company continues to scale its business, culture, and organizational capabilities.
Announcing the appointment, Liquid I.V. highlighted that great brands are built by great people and welcomed Mahvish to its leadership team. The company said her experience in building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational cultures, and creating people systems that enable both employees and businesses to thrive will play an important role in its continued growth.
In her new role, Mahvish will lead Liquid I.V.’s people and culture strategy, with responsibility for organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, employee experience, workforce planning, culture, and scalable people systems. She will also support the company’s efforts to preserve the qualities that make Liquid I.V. distinctive while preparing the organization for its next phase of growth.
Prior to joining Liquid I.V., Mahvish served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Organization at FERRAGAMO, where she led people and organizational priorities across the business.
Before FERRAGAMO, she was Senior Director, People Partner – Merchandising at Walmart, serving as a key member of the HR leadership team and overseeing organizational effectiveness and employee experience for a high-growth merchandising business. She developed and managed the integrated team and talent agenda while leading HR professionals supporting business leaders across the organization.
Earlier, Mahvish spent more than ten years with Nike, progressing through a series of increasingly senior human resources leadership roles.
Most recently at Nike, she served as Senior Director, HR Business Partner – Global Footwear Product Merchandising, where she led the global employee experience and talent strategy for the Footwear Product and Merchandising organization. Her responsibilities included organizational alignment, total rewards, recognition, talent strategy, change management, and HR operations.
She also served as Senior Director, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, leading a global transformation initiative focused on simplifying organizational capabilities, structures, and workflows while strengthening enterprise agility.
As Senior Director, HR Business Partner – North America Sales and Jordan, Mahvish advised senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce effectiveness, culture, and business performance. She also held leadership roles supporting Workplace Design and Connectivity, Global Sourcing and Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, and Global Planning.
Earlier in her Nike career, she served as Manager, Organization Consultant, where she built and led a global HR operations team focused on workforce management, HR-finance integration, customer experience, and process improvement. She initially joined Nike in talent and HR coordination roles, including Global Executive Candidate Experience Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator.
Across her career, Mahvish has built deep expertise in people strategy, organizational transformation, HR business partnering, talent management, leadership development, total rewards, workforce planning, employee experience, culture, and change management.
Mahvish holds a Master of Business Administration in Change Management and Advanced Leadership from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
