San Jose, California, United States, July 2026 — Cohesity, a global leader in cyber resilience and AI-powered data security, has appointed Shveta Miglani as Head of Talent and Growth, strengthening its people leadership as the company continues to scale its global workforce and support the next phase of business growth.
In her new role, Shveta will lead Cohesity’s global talent and growth strategy, partnering with business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, learning, talent development, employee growth, and workforce readiness. She will play a key role in building the leadership and organizational capabilities required to support Cohesity’s continued innovation in cyber resilience, data security, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
Shveta joins Cohesity following an accomplished career spanning some of the world’s leading technology companies. Most recently, she served as Head of Global Learning and Development at Micron Technology, where she led enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, capability building, and upskilling initiatives supporting the company’s global workforce over nearly six years.
Prior to Micron, she served as Senior Director of Talent Development at LiveRamp, where she led strategic talent development programs focused on leadership capability, organizational growth, employee development, and performance excellence across the rapidly growing technology organization.
Earlier, Shveta was Head of Leadership Development at Palo Alto Networks, driving executive and leadership capability programs that strengthened leadership effectiveness across the cybersecurity company during a critical phase of expansion.
She previously served as Global Head of Leadership Development & Talent Management at SanDisk, leading global leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and organizational capability initiatives supporting the company’s international operations.
Her earlier leadership experience also includes serving as Associate Director of Leadership Training & Sales Enablement – Business Units at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where she developed leadership and commercial capability programs, and as Training Program Manager – Certification Team (Sales & Marketing) at Salesforce, supporting learning and certification initiatives for global sales and marketing teams.
Shveta began her technology leadership journey with Lyris, where she served as Training Senior Manager, leading enterprise learning initiatives and building employee capability across the organization.
Across nearly two decades of experience, Shveta has developed deep expertise in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Executive Coaching, Organizational Culture, Succession Planning, Capability Building, Employee Growth, Change Management, Sales Enablement, Workforce Development, Leadership Assimilation, Performance Development, and Organizational Effectiveness.
Education: Shveta Miglani earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Leadership Development and Organizational Enablement from Fielding Graduate University, with research focused on organizational culture, leadership, and new-hire assimilation. She also holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, providing a strong academic foundation in leadership, organizational transformation, and human capability development.
