Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Agratas – A Tata Enterprise has appointed Neha Gupta as its Global Head – Total Rewards, where she will lead the company’s global total rewards strategy as Agratas scales its world-class battery manufacturing operations across India, the UK, and other international markets. In this role, she will be responsible for building a compelling global rewards value proposition that supports talent attraction, retention, and business growth for one of the Tata Group’s most strategic clean energy businesses.
Prior to joining Agratas, Neha Gupta served as Group Head – Rewards at UPL, leading the global total rewards function across more than 70 countries. During her tenure, she designed the organization’s global rewards strategy and framework, led executive compensation, IPO readiness, remuneration governance, and regulatory reporting. She also developed multiple long-term incentive programs, redesigned career frameworks, strengthened rewards governance, introduced global recognition initiatives, and drove benefits, mobility, analytics, and wellbeing programs across the enterprise.
Before UPL, Neha spent nearly a decade with A.P. Moller – Maersk, holding a series of global leadership positions across rewards. As Global Rewards Partnering Lead, she led total rewards strategy for business units comprising more than 50,000 employees worldwide while establishing global frontline rewards standards and executive compensation frameworks. Earlier, she served as Global Rewards Partner – Strategic Brands, Global Rewards Partner – Europe & Africa, Global Rewards Partner – M&A, Head of Rewards – Europe & Global HQs, and Head of Rewards & Performance – GCCs India, China & Philippines, where she led initiatives spanning executive remuneration, M&A integration, global mobility, sales incentives, pay transparency, union negotiations, performance management, and rewards transformation across multiple regions and businesses.
Earlier in her career, Neha held senior compensation and rewards roles at Nomura, where she led global compensation programs following the Lehman Brothers acquisition and managed executive compensation, global performance management, expatriate compensation, and HR analytics. She began her career with Lehman Brothers, CSC, and Patni Computer Systems Ltd., gaining deep expertise in compensation strategy, HR integration, performance management, incentive design, and organizational transformation. She holds a PGDM in HR & Finance (Dual Majors) from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
