Katie previously held the position of Vice President – HR, Talent Acquisition at Cresco Labs, where she was instrumental in providing strategic HR support across various sectors of the rapidly growing start-up in the cannabis industry from July 2020 to May 2023. Before Cresco Labs, she was the Director of HR, Talent Acquisition at Cresco Labs, managing high-volume recruiting and employee engagement initiatives. Her earlier experiences include impactful roles in HR and talent management at Kraft Heinz and Traffic Tech, where she developed and managed robust HR frameworks that supported business operations and employee development.
