Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2024 – Meenakshi Chhillar has joined ModMed India as the HR Country Leader. With extensive experience in human resources, Meenakshi is set to lead the HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of ModMed India.
Before joining ModMed India, Meenakshi served at Gainsight for about 5 years. She was the Head of India HR from August 2022 to May 2024, where she led HR for over 800 employees, reported to the Global CHRO and India Managing Director, and was responsible for optimizing processes, talent development, and talent acquisition. Prior to this, she held various roles including Sr. Director Teammate Success, Director Teammate Success, and Sr. Manager Teammate Success, where she managed HR business partnering, training and development, and employee relations.
Meenakshi worked at Publicis Sapient from August 2016 to May 2019. As the Manager of People Shared Services and Talent Management, she supported global talent management operations, performance management, and HR services for North America. She also led the operations team in Minnesota, USA, managing HR lifecycle operations for US and Canada regions.
Earlier in her career, Meenakshi spent 9 years and 7 months at Sapient. She served as the Sr. Associate People Shared Services from October 2011 to August 2016, leading North America operations for employee lifecycle management. Prior to that, she was an Associate in Business Intelligence from February 2007 to September 2011, focusing on HR metrics, data reconciliation, and company engagement surveys.
Meenakshi began her career at Vedam InfoTech Pvt Ltd as an HR Executive from January 2006 to January 2007.
