Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom, May 2024 – Senga Buntrock has joined ASCO Group as the Head of HR UK Operations. Senga brings a wealth of experience in human resource management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
Senga’s most recent role was at Bancon Group, where she served as the Group Director – People, Culture & Organisational Development for approximately one and a half years. In this position, she led initiatives focused on HR solutions, strategic workforce planning, and business transformation.
Before joining Bancon Group, Senga was the Group Head of Human Resources at Score Group for about two years. She managed global HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
Earlier, Senga spent around four years at Pipeline Technique Ltd (CRC Evans) as the Group HR Manager. Her responsibilities included HR operations, global HR planning, and restructuring efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Earlier Roles: Senga’s extensive career also includes nearly ten years at Wood Group PSN, where she held positions such as People & Organisation Manager and Human Resources Lead. She started her HR career at Sodexo, where she worked as an HR Advisor for over twelve years. These roles provided her with a solid foundation in HR operations, strategic planning, and employee relations.
