Florida, USA, May 2024 – Robyn Cooper has been appointed as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at OZ. With over two decades of experience in various HR roles, Robyn is poised to lead OZ’s human resources strategy and support its continued growth and innovation.
Robyn’s most recent role was as Senior Manager of Operations at congruentX in Winter Garden, Florida. During her tenure, she excelled in operations management, leading initiatives that enhanced organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Prior to congruentX, Robyn served as Manager of Organizational Change Management at AXIA Consulting in Tampa, Florida. In this position, she supported global clients through complex transformations, focusing on placing humans at the center of organizational change.
At Family First Homecare, Robyn held the position of Vice President of Human Resources. She led a team of HR professionals, overseeing all HR functions, talent acquisition, talent development, and the rollout of a new HRIS. Her efforts were instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and enhancing its HR practices.
Robyn also served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Ultimate Medical Academy, where she managed various HR operations, including employee relations, people strategy, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Her leadership was critical in implementing HR policies and strategies that aligned with the institution’s goals.
Earlier in her career, Robyn worked at DXC Technology (formerly Tribridge) in various HR roles, including Leader of the DXC Eclipse People Team and Director of Human Resources. She played a significant role in team member engagement, performance and development, compensation, benefits, and HRIS/payroll.
