Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 – Aarthi Gunnan Rajkumar has joined GE Appliances, a Haier company, as Director – HR Client Support, bringing extensive experience in global HR leadership, talent strategy, and organizational transformation. In this role, she will lead HR client support initiatives, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, enhance employee experience, and enable organizational growth.
Aarthi Gunnan Rajkumar joins GE Appliances, a Haier company after a strong leadership tenure at GigSky, where she served as Associate Director – Human Resources (Global) and also held a Board of Director role in India. During her time at GigSky, she led global HR initiatives across talent management, leadership development, and organizational strategy, contributing significantly to business growth and workforce transformation.
Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade with PlasmaGen Biosciences (P) Ltd, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles including Assistant General Manager – Human Resources and Senior Manager – HR & Admin. In these roles, she led the HR function, focusing on aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving organizational culture, implementing predictive analytics for decision-making, and enhancing employee engagement and performance.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Automed Systems Pvt Ltd, where she managed HR operations, compliance, talent development, and ISO quality systems implementation. She began her professional journey in HR operations and administration, building a strong foundation in recruitment, training, and organizational processes.
With deep expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, Aarthi brings a strong capability to align people initiatives with business outcomes in global environments.
