Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, March 2026 — Incedo Inc. has announced that Abdul Kabir Sheik has joined the company as Senior Director – Digital Engineering. In this role, he will contribute to advancing Incedo’s digital engineering capabilities and supporting enterprise clients in accelerating AI and data-driven transformation initiatives.
Sheik brings extensive experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, and large-scale program leadership. Prior to joining Incedo Inc., he spent more than 16 years with NTT DATA Services, where he most recently served as Delivery Executive. In that role, he led complex technology delivery initiatives and enterprise transformation programs while driving innovation across digital platforms and agile operating models.
Earlier at NTT DATA Services, he served as Project Program Senior Manager, where he led large-scale programs leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and release management practices to support digital product delivery and operational excellence for enterprise clients.
Before relocating to North America, Sheik began his career with NTT DATA in India, where he held several engineering leadership roles including Technical Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. During this time, he developed strong expertise in enterprise application development, technology delivery, and team leadership within complex global technology environments.
With over two decades of experience in software engineering, program management, and digital transformation, Abdul Kabir Sheik brings deep expertise in agile delivery frameworks, enterprise technology modernization, and digital engineering leadership.
