Abhijeet Naik Appointed as Head IXT Employee Experience - AWS Marketing, Solutions, Industries, Specialists and Partners at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Singapore, October 2024 – Abhijeet Naik has taken on a new role as Head IXT Employee Experience – AWS Marketing, Solutions, Industries, Specialists, and Partners at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this position, he will be driving strategic initiatives to support AWS’s horizontal business lines, including marketing, solutions, and partnerships, helping customers and partners succeed.

Before this role, Abhijeet Naik held the position of Head of IxT Employee Experience – WWOPS Europe, Emerging Markets, and Global Operations at Amazon for nine months. He focused on leading employee experience across diverse regions, enhancing global operational excellence within the company.

Earlier, Abhijeet served as the Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion – WWOPS Emerging Markets at Amazon, where he was responsible for fostering an inclusive work environment across emerging markets. His leadership spanned over two years, contributing to building a more diverse and equitable workplace.

His initial role at Amazon was Regional Lead PXT, based in Mumbai, where he led the people experience and talent strategy for two years. During his tenure, he developed strong regional HR strategies, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s global objectives.

Prior to Amazon, Abhijeet was Chief Human Resources Officer at Integrace Health, a Glenmark Pharmaceuticals affiliate. He led HR for over a year, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational transformation.

Abhijeet also held leadership roles at Eisai Pharmaceuticals India and Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he spearheaded HR initiatives across emerging markets and specialty business units.
