Nashik, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Abhijit Patil has stepped into the role of Cluster HR Business Partner – India, Hub Asia, Service Division, Electrification at ABB.Patil has been associated with ABB for more than 10 years and has built a strong career across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, engineering hiring, workforce support, and people strategy within the technology and industrial sectors.
In his new role, he will support ABB’s Service Division, Electrification across India and Hub Asia, contributing to HR strategy, business partnering, talent priorities, and people-focused initiatives aligned with the organization’s growth and transformation agenda.Prior to this role, Patil served as HR Business Partner at ABB, where he supported people operations, employee engagement, talent processes, and HR initiatives. He also held the position of Talent Acquisition – Service Specialist, Engineering, contributing to hiring and workforce planning for engineering and service-focused roles.
Before joining ABB, Patil worked with Eaton as HR – Talent Acquisition Consultant, where he gained strong experience in recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing. Earlier, he served as Senior Recruitment Associate at John Deere, building foundational expertise in recruitment operations and talent acquisition.
With his experience across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, engineering hiring, and people operations, Patil is expected to play a key role in supporting ABB’s electrification service business and strengthening its people agenda across the region.
