New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2025 – Abhishek Banerjee has joined Flipkart as Cluster HR Lead, where he will be responsible for managing HR operations, talent development, and employee engagement within the cluster. His role will be instrumental in enhancing workforce strategies and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture as Flipkart continues to expand its operations.
Banerjee brings over six years of HR and people management experience across Gartner, ICICI Bank, and Flipkart. Most recently, he was Principal Analyst at Gartner, focusing on executive leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and personal brand strategy for CIOs and executive leaders.

Prior to that, he spent over three years at ICICI Bank, where he led employee onboarding and employee relations for over 2,000 employees in the NCR region. His expertise in succession planning, talent management, grievance handling, and HR operations has shaped his ability to drive impactful HR initiatives.
Banerjee holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, where he was a Gold Medalist for the Batch of 2017-19. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
