London, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), a global leader in technology solutions and services, has announced the appointment of Adam Clarke as Chief Executive of Leidos U.K. & Europe, effective 31 March 2025. Clarke brings more than 20 years of experience across the aerospace, defence, and security sectors and will now lead the company’s European operations. He succeeds Eric Freeman, who will facilitate the leadership transition before returning to the United States.

Before joining Leidos, Clarke served as U.K. Managing Director for the Helicopters Division at Leonardo, where he held senior roles over two decades, including as Strategy and Competitive Analysis Director for the Electronics Division.
He holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from the INSEAD Business School.
