Adelle brings over two decades of experience in HR leadership, with a track record of driving transformation at the intersection of people and technology. Prior to joining Accela, she served as Chief People Officer at UserTesting, where she led the organization through its transition from a public to a private equity-backed company, implemented Workday globally, and drove cultural alignment across the business.
Earlier, Adelle held several senior roles at Dell Technologies over a 15-year tenure, including Chief of Staff/OD Strategist, Director of ISG Talent, and Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations – HR, Talent & Culture. Her accomplishments include leading large-scale HR transformations, launching global talent development programs, and spearheading enterprise-wide digital initiatives. Her deep expertise in organizational development, culture change, and HR technology implementations has earned her recognition as a forward-thinking HR leader.
Adelle has also held HR leadership roles at Intermec by Honeywell, Mercer, and served as a consultant on complex HRIS and operations projects. With her human-centered approach and strategic foresight, she is set to play a transformative role in Accela’s next phase of growth.
