Turku, Southwest Finland, Finland, November 2025 – Futuuri has announced the appointment of Aiman Bashir as the new Head of People Operations, marking a significant step in strengthening the organisation’s people function during a phase of rapid innovation and scaling. In this role, Aiman will be responsible for shaping workplace culture, streamlining operational systems, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with Finland’s labour and recruitment laws as Futuuri continues to expand its clinical AI capabilities.
Aiman’s most recent experience comes from her work as a Textile Caretaker at Comforta, where she operated within a multicultural Finnish workplace supporting healthcare and hospitality textile services across the Turku region. Her success in enhancing process efficiency, maintaining a perfect safety record, and enabling seamless multilingual team collaboration reflects her strong operational discipline and people-centric approach—foundational strengths she now brings to her leadership role in people operations at Futuuri.
Before joining Comforta, Aiman led initiatives in Employee Training and Assessment at Army Public School – APSACS, where she delivered leadership development, DEI programs, cross-cultural communication workshops, and neurodiversity training. Through her facilitation of 15+ development workshops and her efforts in driving inclusive organisational practices, she played an important role in improving staff collaboration, engagement, and performance across the institution.
Prior to this, Aiman strengthened organisational culture as part of The Learner’s Hub, where she developed communication frameworks, designed multicultural team-building programs, and delivered productivity-focused training interventions. She also contributed to HR process improvement as Human Resources Manager at IISAT, where she managed recruitment, training, compliance, and staff development, reinforcing her holistic understanding of HR and operational functions.
Aiman began her professional journey as an Internee Teacher at Federal Government College Mangla Cantt, gaining early exposure to stakeholder management, communication, and classroom leadership responsibilities. These foundational experiences shaped her understanding of people development and strengthened her interest in organisational culture and HR systems, eventually guiding her toward a career dedicated to people operations.
