Germantown, Wisconsin, United States, March 2025 – Aimee Stommel has been named Vice President, Human Resources at Ellsworth Adhesives. In this role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent management, workforce development, and organizational culture to support Ellsworth’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Aimee Stommel joins Ellsworth Adhesives after nearly four years at Columbus McKinnon, where she most recently served as Senior Director, Human Resources – Americas. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in talent strategy, workforce planning, and HR transformation for operations across North and South America. Previously, she was Director, Human Resources – North America Plants, where she focused on strengthening HR practices across manufacturing locations.
Before Columbus McKinnon, Aimee spent over six years at Brady Corporation as Senior Manager, Human Resources – IDS Americas, where she provided HR leadership for the company’s industrial division across the Americas. She was instrumental in employee engagement, talent development, and performance management.
Earlier in her career, she spent over eight years at Eaton Corporation in various HR leadership roles, including Plant Human Resources Manager and Division Lead Human Resources Generalist. She gained extensive expertise in labor relations, HR strategy, and workforce planning while supporting business units in different capacities.
Her HR career began at Arimon Technologies, NeighborCare, and Society Insurance, where she honed her expertise in corporate training, HR operations, and employee relations, laying a strong foundation for her subsequent leadership roles.
