With over 29 years of leadership experience, Ajay Nawani brings deep domain expertise in cybersecurity, presales, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy. His previous roles span prestigious firms like Sophos, Cyberoam, and YOU Broadband, where he has delivered transformational results.
At Sophos, he served as Director of Sales Engineering – EMEA (Emerging), where he played a crucial role in driving global adoption of network, endpoint, cloud, and email security solutions. He also advanced MDR and incident response services by closely collaborating with partners and product teams to solve complex cyber threats.
Before this, as Vice President at Cyberoam, Ajay was instrumental in steering the company’s global presales organization and product enhancements. Under his leadership, Cyberoam earned a coveted spot in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. He also launched the Cyberoam Global Academy, partnering with over 40 universities to help bridge the cybersecurity talent gap worldwide.
Earlier in his career, he led data center operations at YOU Broadband, then owned by British Gas, strengthening his foundational knowledge of telecom infrastructure and IT operations.
