Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 – Nous Infosystems has appointed Aji John Joseph as Chief People Officer, marking a significant leadership elevation within the organization.
In his new role, Aji John Joseph will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and building a high-performance culture aligned with Nous Infosystems’ growth in digital solutions and product engineering.
Aji John Joseph has been associated with Nous Infosystems for over two decades, demonstrating a remarkable journey of growth and leadership across multiple roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – Human Capital Management and HR, where he led the organization’s people function, including talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement.
Prior to this, he held the role of Vice President and Head – Human Capital Management and HR, where he was responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and strengthening the overall people agenda across the organization.
Earlier, as Associate Vice President and Head – Human Capital Management, he played a pivotal role in building talent capabilities, enhancing employee engagement, and driving internal branding and competency development across the enterprise.
In addition to his HR leadership roles, he also held key business and operational leadership positions within Nous Infosystems, including General Manager – Product Engineering Services and Delivery Head – Microsoft Practice Group, where he managed large-scale global delivery operations, P&L responsibilities, and customer experience across multiple projects.
Before joining Nous Infosystems, he began his career with Grasim Industries Limited as a Senior Engineer, followed by early experience at Ganesh Appliances, where he contributed to building manufacturing capabilities in a startup environment.
