Toronto, Ontario, Canada, August 2024 – Alexi Turk-Browne has embarked on a new chapter as Director, Human Resources – Business Intelligence at Bell, where they will focus on leveraging data-driven insights and driving technological transformation to enhance HR strategies and support the organization’s goals. Alexi’s extensive experience in HR strategy, data analysis, and project management will be instrumental in their new role, leading the HR Business Intelligence team.
Prior to this promotion, Alexi served as Senior Manager, Project Management – HR Planning & Business Intelligence at Bell, where they successfully led initiatives in workforce planning, data analysis, and agile project management, contributing significantly to the HR department’s strategic objectives.
Before transitioning to their current role, Alexi was a Senior Project Manager, HR Strategic Initiatives at Bell, where they were pivotal in managing HR strategic projects, providing critical thinking and analytical support across multiple HR functions.
Earlier in their career, Alexi held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources at Bell, where they led teams responsible for HR operations, labor relations, benefits, and employee services, among other key HR functions.
Alexi’s journey in HR began with leadership roles at The Source, where they progressed from Store Operation Specialist to Manager of Training and Development, building a solid foundation in training, development, and operational management.
