Muscat, Oman, February 2025 – Readymix Muscat & Premix LLC has appointed Ali Said as its Chief Executive Officer. With an extensive background in strategic leadership, business transformation, and sustainable construction, Ali will be leading the company’s growth, innovation, and sustainability efforts to strengthen its market position across Oman.
Prior to joining Readymix Muscat & Premix LLC, Ali Said was Chief Executive Officer at Holcim, overseeing operations in Dubai. He played a key role in driving profitability, fostering innovation in ready-mix concrete, and implementing decarbonization strategies within the construction sector. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing investor relations, strategic planning, and revenue growth.

Before this, Ali served as General Manager of Holcim UAE and Holcim Jordan, where he successfully expanded market share, led high-performing teams, and optimized business operations. His ability to drive strategic partnerships and deliver financial growth positioned him as a key leader in the company’s regional success.
His earlier experience includes serving as General Manager of Holcim Iraq, where he restructured and turned around a multi-plant manufacturing business, securing major contracts in energy and infrastructure. Additionally, as Chief Financial Officer in Iraq, he played a pivotal role in securing large-scale project financing and optimizing financial controls to support the company’s long-term expansion.
