Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, June 2026 — Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC) has appointed Allison Pasique as Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition. In her new role, she will lead talent acquisition initiatives, strengthen leadership hiring capabilities, and support the sovereign wealth fund’s long-term growth by attracting and developing world-class talent across global investment and business functions.
Allison brings more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive recruitment, leadership hiring, and global workforce strategy. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing recruitment organizations, developed innovative talent strategies, and partnered closely with business leaders to strengthen talent pipelines across multiple geographies and industries.
Prior to joining ADIC, Allison spent more than 12 years at CPP Investments, where she held a series of progressively senior leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Managing Director, Talent Acquisition, leading global talent acquisition for all investment strategies and overseeing teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In this role, she drove a unified approach to sourcing top-tier investment talent and strengthened the firm’s global leadership pipeline.
Earlier at CPP Investments, she served as Managing Director, Campus Recruitment, where she built and scaled the organization’s global campus strategy, including rotational programs and direct hiring initiatives across three regions. She also held roles as Senior Manager, Campus Recruitment, Manager, Talent Acquisition, and Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition, leading experienced hiring, supporting new global office launches, and implementing foundational talent acquisition processes and assessment practices.
Before CPP Investments, Allison was Talent Acquisition Manager at Grant Thornton LLP in Canada, where she led full-cycle recruitment across Assurance, Tax, and Advisory functions and established proactive sourcing strategies in partnership with business leaders. Earlier in her career, she held recruitment leadership positions with Quantum Technology Recruiting, New Media Links, Focus Direct Staffing International, Microsoft, and Workforce Source, building deep expertise across executive search, social recruiting, technical hiring, and recruitment operations.
Her appointment reflects ADIC’s commitment to building world-class talent capabilities and strengthening its position as a partner of choice to leading global investors.
