BENGALURU, INDIA, June 2026 — Alstom has announced the appointment of Snehal Mulajkar as Global Learning Deployment Manager, entrusting her with a key role in advancing the organization’s global learning agenda and strengthening workforce capability development across its international operations.
The appointment reflects Alstom’s continued focus on building future-ready talent, accelerating learning transformation, and equipping employees with the capabilities needed to support the rapidly evolving mobility and transportation industry.
Snehal transitions into this global leadership role after serving as Head of Talent Management at Alstom, where she led strategic initiatives focused on talent development, succession planning, leadership capability building, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, partnering with business leaders to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness.
Her journey with Alstom began in 2017 when she joined as Manager – Talent Development, a role in which she played a critical part in designing and deploying learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and capability-building interventions across the organization. Over the years, she has contributed significantly to strengthening Alstom’s people development ecosystem and talent management framework.
Before joining Alstom, Snehal spent nearly a decade with Infosys, where she held leadership roles within the Learning & Development function. As Principal – Learning & Development, she was responsible for designing and delivering large-scale learning programs for one of Infosys’ major business units comprising approximately 10,000 employees.
During her tenure at Infosys, she established herself as an accomplished learning professional with deep expertise in instructional design, leadership development, change management, business communication, customer service excellence, and virtual learning delivery. She developed learning content for senior leaders, first-time managers, and employees across multiple organizational levels and facilitated more than 500 behavioural and leadership development workshops.
She also played a leading role in driving learning innovation, including virtual learning initiatives, webinar-based capability development programs, e-learning design, and diversity-focused leadership programs aimed at strengthening women’s representation in leadership pipelines.
Earlier in her career, Snehal held consulting and operational roles with Infosys Consulting, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, Motilal Oswal Securities, and other organizations, gaining valuable experience across banking, financial services, consulting, customer operations, and business development. This diverse professional background has provided her with a unique perspective on capability building, business transformation, and organizational development.
A management graduate from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Snehal combines strong business acumen with extensive expertise in learning strategy, talent management, leadership development, instructional design, and organizational capability building.
In her new role as Global Learning Deployment Manager, she will be responsible for supporting the deployment of learning strategies, driving global capability development initiatives, enhancing learning experiences, and helping Alstom continue to build a highly skilled workforce capable of delivering sustainable mobility solutions worldwide.
