Before joining Socomec, Amanda Lim was associated with Espressif Systems, an AIoT R&D organization, as Director of Human Resources. Her professional journey has seen her in various capacities, including significant roles at Schneider Electric, where she contributed significantly to HR management and strategy. Amanda’s educational credentials are equally impressive, with a Master’s degree in Leadership and Education from RMIT and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Her diverse experience, ranging from manufacturing engineering to strategic HR leadership, positions her well to drive Socomec’s HR initiatives in the APAC region.
